After moving from probably one of the worst apt in Austin. Staff, manager and maintenance have been amazing!!! It’s quite no loud neighbors, they keep their trash area clean, when I moved in it was the cleanest apt I’ve moved into I had to do no cleaning, the hiccups I had moving in(not their fault) they helped me with. The gym is impressive, the package system here is excellent past apt my packages were stolen, I feel so safe here. There are a lot of walking trails around. They do community events and gatherings!! So far no complaints.

Thank you so much for the plant today. It was a pleasant surprise to come home to. I love living here at Sonterra.

Maintenance is amazing! Apartments are clean and quiet. Trash disposal still a sore issue in Sonterra II. Only one dumpster for the entire complex and not very convenient. Recycling bin is overflowing most days. Entry gates never lock. Mail is behind locked door. Also inconvenient.

I've lived here just over a month and it's FANTASTIC! Staff is always pleasant and responsive!! Quite the change from my previous apartment complex! Thank you Sonterra!

I’ve been here at Sonterra for a little over 6 months and it’s been a wonderful experience. First...thanks to Tracy who saved me when I had 2 days to find a home. She went out of her way to expedite the process and made sure things were perfect for the move in. I can’t leave out Kevin, Levi, and the ladies in the front office...they always greet you with a smile and are eager to assist. And hats off to Ronnie and his amazing maintenance crew. They’re prompt, courteous, do a great job and never leave a mess to clean up. Thank you Sonterra team for showing you care!

The office staff is fantastic - especially Kevin, Kristy and Levi! There is excellent maintenance response. Sonterra has a lovely neighborhood feel, friendly neighbors, lots of trees, very pretty and well maintained property. Living at Sonterra is quite, peaceful and tranquil. In short - I love living at Sonterra - so much so I will be renewing my 4th lease soon.

I've lived here a little over a month and I absolutely love living here. I was not able to visit the property before I moved to Austin but the staff was exceptionally helpful in easing my mind and really painting the picture of the property over phone. The fitness center is a little small but still easily accessible and plenty of equipment to get a good workout in.

I love living at Sonterra on FM 620, Austin, Texas. The main office is very friendly and extremely helpful. The response time for maintenance requests is very prompt, within 12-24 hours, courteous and helpful. The pool and spa are always very clean and maintained. I love living here!

I LOVE it here! I've only been here since August but this place has already exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the location is the best! The price for a one bedroom is also a catch.

I lived at Sonterra for a year and had a great experience! The only reason I left was because I upgraded to a house. The staff are fantastic and are always willing to go above and beyond to assist you in anything you need. I never had a complaint or problem with my apartment in the year I was there. Christi and Kevin and the rest of the staff were so great to me! The maintenance staff were very friendly as well. I rented with Monterone Canyon Creek before moving here and it was a complete nightmare. Sonterra was certainly a huge upgrade in service. The complex is very quiet and enjoyable as well. The rent was very affordable and the apartment was very nice. One major bonus to some other apartment complexes is they paint the walls a great color that does not show every little mark or hand print. Monterone had horrible walls and black pavement. It did not hold up well! Overall just a great place!

I had a issue and it was the end of the work day and I put in my work order and called the office and they had one of the Maintenance Staff member over to my Apartment in 15 mins. I have lived in other apartment complexes in the Austin Area but none have been as well managed as this one.

We are in the process of leasing an apartment with Sonterra and have been very pleased with our experience with Christi in the office and with the features of Sonterra! Christi is very personable and friendly, and she made our visit very warm, real and refreshing. We met the pet squirrels, Rupert and his friend (whom my boyfriend named Charles :-P) both of whom love the freshly baked cookies the complex puts out every day. We enjoyed some coffee and met a resident who was at the morning breakfast the complex was hosting, learned about a butterfly garden going in, saw the wildlife preserve! The resident we met had been living there for 4 years: a great testament to how wonderful the complex is. He told us they take very good care of the place and residents! Christi was very knowledgable to answer all of our detailed questions and was very fun and cheery to work with. She was a joy to meet and interact with and we are very much looking forward to living at Sonterra for a few years to come!

Just wanted to let you guys know that living here has been really good, any issues I've had have been resolved quickly. The staff has always called me back if I have a request or question. All in all this is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone that is comparing to other locations in this area. This is coming from someone that has been here over 12 years and I thought I they deserve a great rating. Thanks to all of you guys that run the complex as well as the facilities care takers!

I have been here 3 1/2 years and I couldn't be happier! The staff is always helpful and is very quick to take care of any problem that might arise. Of course the only problem I've had is a stopped up sink twice since I moved in. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. I definitely recommend these apartments!

I love and adore Sonterra Apartment in Austin , TX. Clean , Beautiful and Affordable. Very inviting to come home to the Garden and wonderful nature Preserve that surrounds it. They are pet friendly and I have no pets yet the grounds are neat and clean. Staff is always on top of their game for each resident and super friendly. My child enjoys the schools with one the highest ranking in Austin. Happy Tenant of 3 years !

Sonterra has been so good to us. The staff is always helpful & has a smile on their face. If there is a problem(which is rare) Maintence is quick to the rescue. Lots of amenities that we enjoy. Thank you Sonterra for our enjoyable home! When are u having the free beer? Lol!
